Dragonets and its relatives commonly inhabit sandy shore and estuarine. Also in coral reefs and coastal waters.  it look like gobies but much slendered boby with flatten head, smal mouth, big eyes and various fin patterns, especially males have very fancy fins and body colors. You can search for their images in google, by type: Callionemidae or callionemus, dragonet, mandarin fish and so on.
