Bhutantitis in Thailand is endemic subsp. (lidderalei) I hope it may hide somewhere in Chiangdao or nearby, if luck???  Other subspp. are still rare to uncommon in Bhutan, Myanmar to Yunnan.
Thai spp.'s caterpillar depend on very few plant spp. which always lost by forest fires from shifting opium and other plantations that time, combined with many Japanese dealer boot up price, 100-500/spec. for locals hunters.
